Node
A node is one layer of grading. It carries a set of adjustments — exposure, color, a curve, whatever you did while it was active — and you can switch it on and off by clicking its number, which makes every decision reversible and inspectable. The palettes don’t grade the clip directly; they grade the selected node. The core discipline is one job per node.
