Scene cut-through

A scene cut-through is Resolve’s split-screen viewer mode that displays several selected clips from a scene side by side at the same time, so you can judge whether your shots actually agree. Where a wipe compare shows one shot against one stored still, the cut-through lets you cut through a whole run of clips — using the up and down arrow keys or the “selected clips” split view — to confirm the match reads as continuous across the scene, not just between two frames. It is how you sanity-check shot matching before you sign off.
