Vectorscope
The vectorscope ignores brightness and plots color: hue as the angle around the circle, saturation as the distance from the center. A black-and-white image is a single dot in the middle; the more saturated the image, the further the trace spreads, and the direction it leans shows which hues dominate. With the skin-tone line turned on, it becomes a skin meter.
