Keyframe
A keyframe marks a value at a specific point in time so that a change animates over the duration of a shot rather than staying fixed. Set one value at the start of a clip and a different value later, and Resolve interpolates between them — useful when a light shifts mid-shot, or when a power window has to be moved by hand because the tracker can’t hold a difficult motion. Where tracking is automatic, keyframing is manual and exact, and the two are often used together: track what you can, keyframe what you must.
